Finally the pictures!

I call this quilt "Mommy's Lil Monkeys".

I have yet to label it! It's in the wash getting all crinkly and nice and soft!
And for the other pics! Can you see that I did the free motion quilting? I was very proud of that!

Ok, now this is the whirlygiggle quilt I'm working on...I LOVE the stick figure kids, and of course I had to incorporate the monkeys in again!

  1. Great Job on the Quilt!
I have been wanting to try my hand at the 'whirlygiggle' pattern - you're making lots of progress!

  2. Nothing sweeter than my boys curled up under their mama-made quilts watching a movie on the couch! Unless, that is, the smaller monkey falls asleep snuggling said quilt! *LOVE*

  4. That's awesome. :) Looks like you're doing lots of sewing these days. Thinking you'll be starting a business of it one day, or are you going to keep it a hobby?

  5. Lelia, DEFINATLY a hobby, I tried the selling thing once...too much of a pain. I like to sew, and want to keep it that way. I do it to relax, and every now and then I will do something for someone, and I hate it, I don't want to sew then!

SO I sew for fun, for me and the boys, fixing things for Lee, and doing baby gifts!
